Logistics department Team leader

Your role in our team

• Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values
• Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
• Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations
• Work with KPIs and contribute to accurate forecasting
• Implement and maintain safety procedures in the workplace

What we're looking for

• Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development
• Excellent command of English
• Customer-focused mindset with B2C and B2B experience
• Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including occasional weekends and night shifts during peak seasons
• Proficiency in forecasting and KPI management
