Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of lifting equipment and associated components to and from sites.
• Plan logistics schedules with operations teams, site supervisors and transport providers.
• Manage transport documentation including permits, route plans and lifting schedules.
• Monitor and track crane movements using logistics and GPS systems.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, delivery times and maintenance schedules.
• Respond to logistics issues, delays and changing site requirements.
• Support procurement and inventory management for crane parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is ready and available.
• Ensure transport activity complies with health & safety requirements, road regulations and load restrictions.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within logistics, transport coordination or a similar role.
• Experience within cranes, heavy lifting, construction or heavy equipment would be highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of transport planning and regulations.
• Strong organisation and scheduling skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
