• Confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Nice to haves

• Experience using ERP systems
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing roles
• Ability to influence others and negotiate effective solutions

So, what will you be doing?

• Processing customer sales orders accurately and on the day of receipt
• Ensuring orders meet agreed account requirements to minimise additional costs
• Managing and resolving delivery issues and customer complaints
• Liaising with internal teams to elevate or resolve supply-related queries
• Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information
• Producing regular reports, forecasts, and updates
• Processing import and export documentation to prevent delays
• Following company processes to ensure right-first-time service
• Supporting the wider team and providing cover during annual leave
• A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
• Confidence handling conflict and resolving challenges professionally
