We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Operative to join our busy team supporting global shipping and export operations. If you enjoy a mix of hands on warehouse work and coordinating logistics, this is a fantastic long term opportunity with great work-life balance and excellent training.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will:

• Ensure all customer shipments are dispatched accurately and on time
• Prepare and manage export documentation in line with regulations
• Work closely with customer service and finance teams on shipping requirements
• Book and coordinate couriers and freight forwarders for outbound goods
• Track transportation orders and keep systems updated with real time information
• Resolve shipping issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and export databases
• Complete all transactions in the ERP system (training provided)

This is a role where every day is different-and your contribution really matters.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 1.5+ years' experience in warehousing, logistics, export, shipping, or similar
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Oracle/EBS (an advantage, not essential)
• A forklift licence (preferred, but we will train the right person!)
