This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the intricacies of global logistics, collaborating with diverse teams and tackling exciting challenges. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of hardware, from inbound logistics to outbound fulfillment, and your problem-solving skills will be key to resolving any roadblocks along the way. This is your chance to own and optimize critical processes, directly impacting the success of cutting-edge technology.

The position has a 12-months duration and does not support sponsorship or relocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including handling escalations related to hardware programs.
  • Support the preparation and execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, including setting up production lines, coordinating testing, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring accurate communication of requirements, and monitoring the delivery and quality of materials and output.
  • Provide post-project support for VAS initiatives, resolving escalations and managing quality control.
  • Assist in resolving warehouse-related challenges, such as transportation delays, packaging and labeling issues, compliance queries, and product quality changes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in logistics, order management, or hardware operations within tech.
  • Proven experience in supply chain program management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and intermediate SQL skills.
