You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of hardware, from inbound logistics to outbound fulfillment, and your problem-solving skills will be key to resolving any roadblocks along the way. The position has a 12-months duration and does not support sponsorship or relocation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including handling escalations related to hardware programs.
• Support the preparation and execution of Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, including setting up production lines, coordinating testing, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring accurate communication of requirements, and monitoring the delivery and quality of materials and output.
• Provide post-project support for VAS initiatives, resolving escalations and managing quality control.
• Assist in resolving warehouse-related challenges, such as transportation delays, packaging and labeling issues, compliance queries, and product quality changes.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Min 2-3 years of experience in logistics, order management, or hardware operations within tech.
• Proven experience in supply chain program management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and intermediate SQL skills.
