In the context of strengthening our Supply Chain processes, we are looking for a Logistics + Planning Manager (M/F/D) at 100%. In a context of stability, you will ensure sustainable structuring of our processes and responsibilities: - Lead and structure the logistics department in a growth context and develop a team of 3, optimizing the PIC and PDP processes as well as capacity planning. - Ensure the reliability of customer deadlines, availability of products, and coherence of ERP data. - Analyze and manage logistics KPIs and intervene when necessary. Your profile and skills: - Commercial or technical background complemented by experience in Supply Chain. - Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role in an industrial environment. - Excellent mastery of SAP and tools for team management in a continuous improvement context. - Strong analytical skills and sense of priorities.
