Lodge & Welfare Lead: Safety, Security & Student Care

Brasenose College seeks a Head Porter to lead the Lodge, welfare and safety operations, providing a calm, professional presence on campus. You will oversee front of house services, student welfare, and daily site maintenance with a strong emphasis on safety and security across the college estate.

The role requires excellent judgement, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage risks and budgets while supporting the Dean and welfare teams. A multi-stage interview process will apply.
