What you will do:

• Support the Mental Health and Autism team in delivering high-quality social care to adults with complex needs
• Guide and supervise social workers and other team members, ensuring effective practice standards
• Make informed decisions to ensure the best outcomes for individuals and families while adhering to council policies
• Facilitate and participate in case discussions and team meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
