Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in Halifax who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to join their team. The surgery is looking for a Practice Nurse to run the surgeries Asthma and COPD clinics every Wednesday for an ongoing period. You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's,Nurses and healthcare assistants. The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.

Key Responsibilities

• Run Asthma and COPD clinics every Wednesday.
• Work as part of a team with GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
• Support nursing care service.
