Job Overview

Phlebotomist / HCA - Romford. Dream Medical is working alongside a private organisation to provide locum cover to their Urgent Care Centre in East London. The centre in Romford is looking for a Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant to assist the Nursing and GP team in seeing and treating patients that attend the UCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Nursing and GP team with patient assessments and treatments.
• Conduct blood work, ECGs and blood pressure monitoring.
• Support other HCA's, ACP's and GP's as part of a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Phlebotomist/HCA within a primary care setting such as a GP surgery or another walk in or urgent care service.
• Certificate of competency.
• Current DBS check.
• Occupational health record available.
• Two suitable references.
