ANP or Nurse Practitioner Prescriber - Sheffield

Temporary to Permanent - start date at the beginning of August.

Dream Medical are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP surgery in Sheffield. You will be supporting our team of GPs in providing acute care.

The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and with patients and also need to know how to use System One.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations, and referral to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.

Requirements

• NMC Registration & Pin
• V100/V300 prescribing qualification
• Proof of immunisations
• Up-to-date CV

The role is full time, ideally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Thursday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Excellent salary negotiable on experience.
