Overview

Occupational Health Nurse - Stoke on Trent (Locum) for a large healthcare provider. This role focuses on administering the Flu Vaccine during the flu season.

Dream Medical is working with a large healthcare provider in Stoke on Trent for this flu vaccination campaign.

Details

Location: Stoke on Trent
Contract: Locum
Campaign: Vaccination program across England, Scotland and Wales; season runs from the end of September to around mid-December
Vaccines: stock approx. 25,000; around 400 clients nationwide
Clinic pace: administer 16 vaccines per hour; minimum of 3-hour clinics; travel between sites may be required with 25p per mile reimbursement
On-site logistics: all vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and documents are provided in a temperature-regulated box on arrival

Responsibilities

Administer an average of 16 flu vaccines per hour during clinics
Participate in a flu vaccination program operated across England, Scotland and Wales (season runs from the end of September to around mid-December)
Work in clinics with a minimum duration of 3 hours
Travel between site locations as required (25p per mile)
On-site: vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and documents provided in a temperature-regulated box
