Overview

Occupational Health Nurse - Salisbury (Locum)

Dream Medical, a primary care specialist company, is providing nursing cover in the Salisbury area to large organisations such as law firms and factories to administer the flu vaccination in the latter part of the year. This flexible locum opportunity can be fitted around your existing schedule. Vaccinations will commence from the end of September to around mid December, nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Administer flu vaccines (approximately 16 per hour) at scheduled clinical sessions.
• Provide a minimum of 3 hour clinics as required.
• Travel between sites, receiving 25p per mile if travel is needed.
• Ensure all vaccination equipment, vaccines, sharps bins and related documentation are on site in a temperature regulated box upon arrival.

Requirements

• NMC registration and pin.
• Occupational Health Nursing / Practice nursing experience.
• Immunisations clinical update.
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
