Locum GP Required for Traditional Practice near Shrewsbury

Dream Medical is urgently seeking a Locum GP to cover shifts for a client in Central Shropshire this coming August. The Surgery is a small dispensary practice serving around 3000 patients. It has good transport links and a small, friendly team. Shifts will be AM and PM as required; AM shifts cover the walk-in clinic in the mornings, PM shifts cover pre-booked 15-minute appointments.

To qualify for this position you must have previous UK experience as a Locum or Salaried GP and be on a performers list with a full, unrestricted GMC registration. Responsibilities include:

• Make professional, autonomous decisions
• Provide medical advice for minor injuries and appropriate illnesses
• Support other members of the clinical team
• Complete administrative duties including authorising prescriptions, dealing with queries and completing any relevant paperwork
