Locum Consultant Paediatric Radiologist - London

National Locums is working on behalf of an NHS trust based in London, seeking a locum Consultant in Radiology with a specialist interest in Paediatrics.
The Radiology department within this London-based trust is looking for a Locum Consultant Paediatric Radiologist to start as soon as possible for an 8-month period. This role covers a maternity leave and could be extended, but may conclude after 8 months.
Core working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00. The trust is looking for someone who can meet the following requirements:
- Fluency in all general aspects of paediatric x-ray reporting and ultrasound, including, ideally, hip and cranial ultrasound.
- Experience in vetting and reporting on CT and MRI scans of the paediatric population, including brain imaging.
- Experience in vetting and reporting non-accidental injuries in infants (NAI).
- Ability to perform/report fluoroscopy techniques for paediatric patients (desirable).
This is a 10 PA job plan, including coverage of the paediatric MDM on Wednesday mornings. There is also scope to share in the first and second on-call rota. Full job details are available upon request.

- Full GMC license to practice.
- NHS experience in Paediatric Radiology.
- Specialist registration in Clinical Radiology is preferred.
