Job Summary

Community Nurse - part time locum (leg & ulcer and Doppler clinic).

Location: Ellesmere Port and Great Sutton, UK.

Start: ASAP until end of September.

Shifts

• Monday 09:00-13:00
• Wednesday 09:00-17:00
• Friday 09:00-13:00

Role

Work as a member of the community nursing team to provide high quality, evidence-based, holistic nursing care to patients within the primary care setting. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate packages of care based upon individual patient needs, under the guidance of the Community Nursing Clinical Lead. Expected to undertake managerial responsibility for the community nursing team in the absence of the Clinical Lead.

Requirements

• Community Nurse experience
• RGN Qualification
• NMC Registration and pin
• Driving licence and own vehicle
• References covering last 3 years
