Community Nurse - Gravesend

Locum Dream Medical are working with a Hospital in Kent and are looking for Community Nurses to join their dynamic Community team on a locum basis. You will be an important part of a multi-disciplinary team, making a real difference into people's lives.

Your role will be to make home visits to patients not able to attend hospital appointments. You will be responsible for Diabetic checks, Asthma reviews, Wound care & Dressings, Removing Sutures & Clips, Venepuncture and male/female catheterization.

• 6 months' experience as a Community Nurse
• NMC Registration & Pin
• Medical Indemnity
• Proof of Immunisations
• Clinical Updates
