Lock-Up & Cash Flow Optimization Lead

Forvis Mazars In Ireland seeks an experienced Lock-Up Manager to own the firm's lock-up performance across WIP, billing, debtors, and cash flow. The role drives behavioural change with Partners, improves billing discipline, and accelerates cash collection for a €100m professional services firm.

You will develop and embed lock-up policies, manage WIP aging, forecast WIP conversion, and provide monthly MI with KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
