Job Description

Locality Officer needed in Thatcham Paying £15.55 per hr ref

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Managing a complex caseload and resolving tenancy and neighbourhood issues
Investigating and responding to Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) cases
Supporting customers with tenancy related matters and safeguarding concerns
Conducting estate inspections and neighbourhood checks
Working collaboratively with residents, contractors, local authorities, and partner agencies
Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures, and legislation
Delivering excellent customer service and positive outcomes for residents
Identifying opportunities to improve neighbourhoods and community safety
