Optometrist - Part Time Independent Practice (Gloucester)

Up to £68,000 FTE (DOE)
4 days per week + alternate Saturdays No Sundays

We're working with a well-established, highly regarded independent practice in Gloucester that's looking to welcome a patient-focused Optometrist to their close-knit clinical team.

The team brings together over 50 years of combined optical experience, and pride themselves on delivering a truly tailored service.

Comprehensive eye examinations Advanced diagnostics including OCT imaging Specialist dispensing and bespoke lens advice A consultative, relationship-led approach to patient care Patients return here because of the service, not because they're processed through a system.

The Role

Deliver thorough, high-quality eye examinations Use OCT and other diagnostics confidently in practice Take time to build rapport and understand patient needs Provide tailored clinical advice and management plans Work collaboratively within a supportive independent team Maintain consistently high clinical standards in a relaxed environment Working Pattern

Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (alternate Saturdays) Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays - no expectation to work them This is a structured, predictable rota designed to support genuine work-life balance.
