Local Housing Manager - Flexible Hours & 9-Day Fortnight

Housing 21 is seeking a Local Housing Manager to be at the heart of our Retirement Living schemes. You will deliver a professional housing and support service to residents, with support from the Operations Manager, and manage relationships with the local community.

The role is varied, focusing on tenancy sustainment, resident wellbeing and safety. You will engage with residents, encourage consensus on local issues, and help create a friendly, flexible workplace culture.
