Local Care Recruiter & Community Liaison

Cera is seeking a highly organized Local Recruiter to support our community-based recruitment efforts across local branches in the UK. This part-time role focuses on building offline candidate pools and driving brand awareness in local communities.

You will travel to care branches, engage with community partners, and support the Carer Acquisition team in attracting candidates to care roles. A driver's license and proven recruitment experience are essential.
