Stockport - Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.

Hours & Pattern

35 hours a week, including Saturdays. Full time.

Salary

£26,200 increasing to £26,950 after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide face to face support to customers in branches.
• Handle everyday banking tasks.
• Offer reassurance, guidance and practical support during important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns or online banking confidence building.
• Adapt to different customer needs and promote our digital services.
• Help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
• Develop skills for future progression into other customer facing roles across the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• People oriented, honest, genuine and caring about helping people with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and give customers a fantastic experience.
• Passion to put yourself in the customer's shoes, show empathy and act with integrity.
• Commitment to delivering on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
• Team player; collaborates closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
