Job SummaryA full-time branch-based opportunity working 35 hours per week.
Job TitleCustomer Support
LocationStockport - Working across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
Hours & Pattern35 hours a week, including Saturdays. Full time.
Salary£26,200 increasing to £26,950 after 6 months.
Responsibilities- Provide face to face support to customers in branches.
- Handle everyday banking tasks.
- Offer reassurance, guidance and practical support during important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns or online banking confidence building.
- Adapt to different customer needs and promote our digital services.
- Help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Recognise opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
- Develop skills for future progression into other customer facing roles across the Group.
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- People oriented, honest, genuine and caring about helping people with their finances.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and give customers a fantastic experience.
- Passion to put yourself in the customer's shoes, show empathy and act with integrity.
- Commitment to delivering on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
- Team player; collaborates closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
