An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the Healthcare Team at HMP & YOI Grampian.

This role provides essential administrative support to a multidisciplinary healthcare service, helping to ensure the effective delivery of safe, person-centred care within a unique and busy environment. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and able to work flexibly while managing a varied workload.

Applicants should possess excellent communication, keyboard, and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high degree of accuracy. A professional and courteous telephone manner is essential, together with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
