  • Full UK driving licence (working dogs advantageous but not essential)

What Is in It for You

  • Competitive Salary with accommodation
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Non-contributory pension scheme at 8% within the probation period, rising to 15% on successful completion of probation at 6 months
  • A strategic leadership role with real influence on the future direction of the enterprise
  • Involvement in progressive, regenerative farming systems
  • Supportive team environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Long-term career development within a prestigious rural setting
