Liverpool Corporate Associate - M&A & PE Growth Path

BCL Legal in Liverpool is seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing corporate team. You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, management buy-outs, shareholder arrangements, restructures, and general advisory work.

The ideal candidate has 2+ PQE in corporate law with strong technical and commercial awareness, excellent client management, and a proactive approach to business development and progression within a partner-led,
