Lived-Experience Recovery Lead

Intuitive Thinking Skills (ITS) is seeking a Project Development Lead to drive the Peterborough LERO project. You will work across communities, building relationships with people with lived experience and helping them identify personal goals and pathways into volunteering, education or employment.

You will collaborate with local authorities, partners and recovery groups to strengthen services, develop new activities and ensure genuine co-production at every step.
