Job Description

Location: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 7:00pm, plus 1-2 evenings of babysitting per week (agreed in advance). Time off during the day.

Accommodation: Beautiful self-contained one bedroom accommodation on the estate

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 GPA

Our client, based at a beautiful large estate in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, is seeking an experienced, warm, and energetic Live in Nanny to join their fully staffed household from October. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and thrives in a busy family environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and wellbeing of the family's two children, an 8 year old boy and a 10 year old girl, supporting their daily routines while fostering a fun, nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing attentive, age appropriate care for two school aged children
  • Assisting with morning and after school routines
  • Planning engaging activities and encouraging the children's development and independence
  • Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children and family when required
  • Driving the children to and from school, appointments and activities
  • Working closely with the wider household team to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Being flexible and happy to assist with additional duties as required
  • Babysitting on 1-2 evenings per week, with schedules agreed in advance
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Nanny within HNW private households
  • Previous experience supporting children with mild ADHD
  • A genuine love of animals and confidence around family pets
  • A confident and capable cook
  • Positive, bubbly and hardworking personality
  • Highly versatile with a hands on attitude and willingness to help where needed
  • Strong team player, comfortable working within a fully staffed household
  • Full, clean driving licence (a staff vehicle will be provided)
