Job Description
Gateway Hospitality Recruitment clients in Daventry area are seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a luxury 4 hotel with a busy restaurant, functions, bar and banqueting.
The role involves running and managing the hotel kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, mentoring junior chefs, and preparing meals using fresh produce. Live-in may be available, with a 45-hour week and meals/uniform provided.
