The successful candidate will become an integral part of the household, working closely with the Head Housekeeper, PA, and wider team to ensure the smooth daily running of this substantial family residence.

This role would suit a candidate who genuinely enjoys family life, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home, and is happy to be hands-on across all aspects of housekeeping and household support.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping to the highest standards throughout the residence
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, and garment care
• Deep cleaning and detailed care of all household areas
• Maintaining household organisation and presentation at all times
• Supporting the Head Housekeeper with the smooth running of the home
• Assisting with household errands and ad hoc requests
• Caring for family dogs on occasion
• Supporting the family and wider household team as requiredHelping create a warm, welcoming, and efficiently run family home

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a private household, luxury hospitality, yacht, or similar environment
• Excellent housekeeping, laundry, and ironing skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• Positive, flexible, and proactive approach
• Naturally discreet with an understanding of confidentiality and privacy
• Friendly, professional, and able to work well within a team
• Child-friendly and comfortable working within a busy family environment
• Organised, hardworking, and happy to take initiative
