Live in Full Time Nanny / Housekeeper job. DT10

Sunrise Nanny Agency are working with a lovely family based in Rural Dorset. This is a full-time, permanent live-in role with a 40+ hour week (Monday to Friday). The position starts ideally July 2026, with flexibility for August/September for the right candidate. The role is a balance of nanny support (50%) and household support (50%).

The family's home is a 9-bedroom country house. Live-in accommodation is provided (own bedroom and bathroom) with potential of a private lounge; shared kitchen facilities are available.

Salary is competitive to reflect qualifications and experience, with an expected around £45,000 gross per year depending on hours agreed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for four children aged 9, 7, 5 and 3 years, on sole charge or shared care basis, with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Run a home in support of the family, including family laundry, bedding, ironing, tidying and organising the home (including children's bedrooms and communal areas).
• Light cleaning (note: cleaners are employed) and keeping the kitchen tidy and organized; assist with meal planning and home-cooked meals.
• Manage driving as needed; you must be a confident car driver comfortable with rural roads; car provided on duty.
• Share 50% of nanny duties and 50% of household duties each day, while maintaining a high standard of childcare and home management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a childcare professional with knowledge of child development
