We're looking for warm, caring, and professional Live-in Carer in Maidstone who are passionate about helping others live independently at home. Working in live-in care gives you the opportunity to provide dedicated one-to-one support while building genuine relationships with the people you care for.

In your role as a Live-in Carer in Maidstone, you'll support clients with everyday activities, personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and household tasks. Your support will help them remain safe, comfortable, and confident in familiar surroundings.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centred support in clients' homes
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks
• Support mobility and moving and handling requirements
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks
• Ensure medication is administered correctly
• Help with household chores and laundry
• Support clients with errands and appointments
• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home

What you'll bring

• Minimum 6 months' professional care experience in the UK
• A caring attitude and genuine desire to help others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working independently and managing your time
• Experience supporting clients with daily living activities
• Adaptability and a positive approach to care
• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detai
• A commitment to person-centred support
• Right to work in the UK
• Medication experience is desirable
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is welcomed but not essential
