What do I need to join?

• The ability to live with a client in their own home for a 7 day period if applying for live in care work
• The ability to pass an enhanced DBS background check (England and Wales)
• References from previous professional carer experience (e.g. care home or domiciliary care)
• Right to work in the UK
• Valid photo ID
• Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing and toileting
• Provide mobility support
• Companion and social engagement
• Prepare meals and manage dietary requirements
• Shop for food and household supplies
• Support personal care and daily activities as needed

Submit an application and complete our suitability screening. Once approved, you'll receive an invite to download and log into the ElderHub app, where you can build your profile, record a welcome video, set your preferences, and browse opportunities that match your availability.
