What you'll do

  • Support clients to remain independent in their own homes
  • Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with washing, dressing and personal care
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Help with mobility and daily routines
  • Prepare meals and encourage hydration
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Support with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Complete shopping and other essential errands
  • Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 6 months' UK care experience
  • A friendly, caring and supportive nature
  • Confidence supporting clients within their own homes
  • The ability to work independently and responsibly
  • A flexible approach to care and changing needs
  • Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
  • A commitment to dignity, respect and person-centred care
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience administering medication is desirable
  • Previous live-in care experience is welcomed but not essential
