Live Events Front of House Coordinator

Rock City requires a confident, organised Front of House Co-ordinator to support live events and the smooth running of front of house operations. You will coordinate ticket scanning, reception and cloakroom, while guiding and motivating the team to deliver a welcoming experience for every guest.

You will work closely with venue management to manage customer flow, VIP arrivals and the guestlist, ensuring high standards in a busy live events environment with loud music and late-night finishes.
