Job Description

Utilita Arena Newcastle is seeking a dynamic F&B Supervisor to oversee bars and concession outlets on show nights. You will lead a team of servers and bartenders, ensure smooth service, and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house to deliver a top quality guest experience.

You should have proven F&B supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication, and a flexible approach to evenings, weekends and holidays.
