The Role

Essex Law Limited is seeking a motivated Litigation Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys varied, high-quality work and early responsibility, while still benefiting from strong team support.

You will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• General civil litigation

You will have autonomy over your files, supported by an experienced and approachable team, alongside modern case management systems. The role also offers the opportunity to develop advocacy skills as part of your ongoing progression.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer (NQ-4 PQE)
• Solid experience in civil litigation
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
• Confident in managing your own caseload and deadlines
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with excellent client care
