The Role

We are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join the team and work on a variety of commercial and civil disputes. You will:

• Advise and represent clients in commercial, corporate, and civil litigation matters
• Draft and manage pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as appropriate
• Work closely with partners on high-profile and complex matters
• Contribute to succession planning and growth initiatives, with clear opportunities for progression

About You

• Be a qualified solicitor (NQ - 5+ PQE) with experience in commercial or civil litigation
• Possess strong technical knowledge, with the ability to manage cases independently
• Demonstrate excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Thrive in a collaborative, open-plan environment, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
• Be ambitious, motivated, and interested in career growth and succession planning
