Our client, a respected law firm in Northern Ireland with a strong reputation in plaintiff litigation, is looking to welcome a Newly Qualified Solicitor to their friendly and experienced team.

About the Opportunity: You'll be joining a busy and varied litigation practice where no two days are the same. The role will give you hands-on experience across a broad mix of plaintiff litigation work-from personal injury and clinical negligence, to general civil disputes.

You'll work closely with experienced solicitors who are committed to helping you grow in confidence and develop your skills. The firm values a practical, client-focused approach and encourages a collaborative working style.

Your Focus:

• Assisting with and managing your own caseload of litigation files
  
  
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  
  
• Supporting clients through each stage of the litigation process
  
  
• Attending court, settlement meetings and liaising with counsel and experts
  
  
• Learning and developing through practical experience and team support.
  
  

Requirement and background:

• A recently qualified solicitor (or someone due to qualify shortly) in NI
  
  
• Some experience in litigation (e.g. through a training seat or paralegal work)
  
  
• A genuine interest in plaintiff litigation and advocacy
  
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills
  
  
• A proactive, approachable attitude and willingness to learn.
