Litigation Solicitor

You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, represent clients throughout the dispute resolution process and play a key role in delivering strategic legal advice while helping to grow the firm's litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal advice and practical guidance to clients.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, motions, briefs and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop robust litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently where appropriate.
• Collaborate with solicitors and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain exceptional standards of client service and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Existing client following is highly desirable.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and legal excellence.
