Key Responsibilities

• Personal injury litigation
• Medical negligence claims
• General litigation, including banking and commercial litigation
• Attend hearings, settlements and mediations

Required Competencies

• 2+ years post qualification experience
• In depth knowledge of litigation procedures and practices
• Ability to manage own case workload and ensure deadlines are met
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Willingness to participate in business development enterprises
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
