An established and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its busy and well-regarded litigation team.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, property and boundary disputes, professional negligence, company and partnership disputes, and contested probate claims. The role also involves ADR work, including mediation and negotiation, and managing cases from instruction through to resolution while delivering a high standard of client care.

The Candidate

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with 5+ years' PQE and strong litigation experience. You will have excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills, a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively. Strong client care, teamwork, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience supporting junior staff and contributing to business development is desirable.
