The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the team. This is a key hire within a busy and expanding litigation department, offering exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.

There is also scope for involvement in criminal defence litigation, should the candidate wish to broaden their practice in that area.

• Managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Conducting negotiations, preparing pleadings, and managing court appearances
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes
• Maintaining compliance with professional and regulatory standards

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with experience in litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in civil litigation and personal injury work
• Experience or interest in criminal defence litigation would be an advantage
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class service
