An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice based in its Seaford office, with flexible homeworking available.

This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded Litigation Solicitor looking to handle a varied caseload of both personal and business disputes within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful Litigation Solicitor will enjoy high levels of client contact, autonomy, and the opportunity to further develop their practice within a thriving team.

The Role

The Litigation Solicitor will manage a broad range of contentious matters, including:

• Property disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Commercial disputes
• Contractual disputes
• General civil litigation matters
• Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies
• Managing matters from instruction through to resolution
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The successful Litigation Solicitor will be encouraged to take an active role in networking and business development, helping to strengthen existing relationships while generating new opportunities across the local market.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with approximately 3-5 years' PQE and experience handling a varied litigation caseload.

The ideal Litigation Solicitor

Will possess:

• Strong technical litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice
• Strong client care and relationship management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing files independently
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
