A well-established and highly respected Lisburn law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly active practice, where the majority of work is defence-focused, with a strong emphasis on road traffic accidents (RTA) and personal injury (PI) claims. The hire has been made due to continued high demand, offering the successful candidate exposure to a varied and challenging caseload alongside experienced colleagues.

• Handle a full range of defence litigation matters, predominantly RTA and PI claims.
• Manage cases from instruction through to settlement or trial, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Advise clients on legal risks and strategies, liaising with insurers, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement correspondence.
• Represent clients in hearings and court proceedings as required.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues to maintain the firm's high standards and efficiency.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
• Experience in defence litigation, ideally including RTA and personal injury matters.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent client management and communication abilities.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
