Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a leading global law firm, is expanding its Motor Injury team and is seeking dedicated Fee Earners to manage a varied caseload of motor injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting top UK motor insurers.

The Role

• Handle motor injury claims from instruction through to conclusion
• Work on both pre-litigation and litigated cases
• Manage client relationships with insurers and claims handling companies
• Apply effective negotiation and litigation strategies
• Deliver high-quality client service and case management

Experience Required

• 1 year plus relevant legal experience
• Litigation experience in claimant or defendant motor/motor recovery work
• Strong client-facing and case management skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Proven negotiation skills
