About the Role

You will support our solicitors in managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of litigation matters and will allow you to build your experience in legal research, drafting, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of litigation cases from instruction to resolution
• Draft, review, and proofread court documents, pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear reports or briefs for solicitors
• Attend court hearings, mediations, or client meetings as required
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Support the team with administrative and business development tasks as required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in a litigation or disputes environment (law firm or in-house)
• Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation processes
• Strong drafting, research, and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
