This is a new role offering the opportunity for the applicant to head up a growing department with a period of transition assisted by an experienced litigation solicitor looking to reduce their time commitments. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, tech savvy, bright individual with a strong interest in working commercial litigation.

Role and responsibilities:

• High Court Litigation
• Advising commercial client on litigation risk
• Tax appeals cases
• Employment dispute resolution and litigation (training available)

What We Look for:

• Minimum 3 years PQE with proven track record in litigation
• Interest in and knowledge in business and dispute resolution
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong interest in continuously upskilling to the latest technology
• Strong organisational skills, good case management and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to critical dates for litigation
• Friendly and efficient communication with clients
• Commercially aware
