Role Overview

The objective of this role will be to shape the future success of the business by motivating our client's team of 5 sales people; designing strategic sales plans on a national level; and evaluating their position in the marketplace through trend and competition analysis.

Responsibilities

• Providing direction to the team requiring strong business acumen on top of excellent communication and people skills.
• Maintaining close, trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
