Job Description
Liquidity Product Management - Director (Permanent role, London or Radbroke Hall based) 
A high impact, Agile trained leader driving the vision, strategy and transformation of Barclays' global Liquidity product suite, spanning Term Deposits, Notice Accounts and Fund Investment solutions.
Responsibilities- Define and execute global Liquidity product strategy, aligning with evolving market dynamics, client needs and regulatory expectations.
- Own the end to end product lifecycle, from ideation through to commercialisation and optimisation, unlocking revenue growth and delivering differentiated, scalable solutions.
- Champion Agile delivery models across product, technology and operations, embedding continuous improvement, rapid iteration and value driven execution.
- Build deep, trusted partnerships across sales, technology, operations, risk and compliance to deliver seamlessly integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences globally.
- Accountable for robust governance and control, ensuring all regulatory, audit and risk commitments are met to the highest standard, with strong, transparent product oversight.
- Inspire and lead a high performing global team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous development to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients and the bank.
